b. Third-Party Dealership:
The collected information may be shared with the dealership for the purpose of facilitating transactions and providing relevant services.We are not responsible for the third party's use of your information, and their use will be subject to their privacy policy. You will have received an invite from this dealership to install the app which will clearly identify them
4. Consent to Communication
By using the App, you consent to receive communications, including promotional messages, from us and our third-party partners. You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time.
a. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

a. The App, including all of its features, functionalities, and content, is owned by Dealer Management Services Ltd t/a MyAutoCompanion ("The Company") and is protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You acknowledge that The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights.
c. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the App without the prior written consent of The Company.
d. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by you regarding the App may be used by The Company without any obligation to compensate you for such contributions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Company , its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
The Company reserves the right to transfer, assign, sublicense, or pledge these Terms, in whole or in part, to any person or entity without notice, and you shall not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of The Company.
